		<description>I have an Env touch and I love mine too, but I&#039;ve been having the same problem with the dial pad not lighting up even when I pull it away from my face. I&#039;ll shake it, press the screen, and press the lock button but nothing ever happens.  It&#039;s getting really annoying.</description>

		<description>okay so the reason the phone goes black is because there is  a sensor in the top left hand corner, so when it gets dark (when you put it up against your face) it goes black to save battery power. when you pull it away the phone lights back up, so its not the fact that you lay it flat lol!</description>
