		<description>Did you update RUS?  And if you have more than 1 DC, did you force replication?  Are you getting any replication errors in AD?  And is this only on one Outlook client where you do not see the user?  (Or all clients?) And, just asking the obvious, the new user does have a mailbox and an SMTP address?</description>
